Swift.fm is a nice music discovery and sharing tool for Twitter users. This web app organizes and programs all your songs and your Twitter friend’s songs to make custom radio stations.
The songs can be added by posting a link, uploading an mp3 file or by using the site’s search function. You can also tweet from Swift.fm or use a special syntax to tweet from any twitter client.
